Musical Update

After a long break from the studio (long to me) I am currently working on a new project that has got me tingly. It’s a series of albums dedicated to the provinces of Canada and travelling across the country.

3 songs per province. 10 provinces. 10 albums. 30 songs. Kind of epic, but so much fun. I have no idea when I’ll be done, but I’m guessing it’ll be sometime in 2012.

Like my last album, it features a lot of variety and a lot of special guests. I’m recording this one with Brennan Galley, who has been freakin’ great to work with. He’s a train conductor sometimes.

I’ll be releasing them 2 provinces at a time. First up: Newfoundland & Prince Edward Island.

I would do the territories too, but I’ve never been to them. It seems appropriate to do a seperate project dedicated to them.
